President / CEO

Adeniyi Adeyiga

Adeniyi has spent the last 19 years managing and implementing enterprise technology solutions, as well as providing subject matter expertise to government and private sector clients. As the founder and CEO of A3 Consulting LLC, Adeniyi has a successful operations track record and a proven ability to drive growth and maximize profitability within an organization. He is passionate about the core values of our company and utilizing them to deliver high value to our clients. Under Adeniyi’s leadership, A3 Consulting LLC has grown into a strong, viable enterprise with consistent year-over-year growth and has consistently delivered results and provided value to customers.

Adeniyi is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and received a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland-College Park.  He has professional experience in corporate management, technology management, software development, and business development. Prior to founding A3 Consulting LLC, Adeniyi worked at America Online (AOL), Accenture, and Deloitte Consulting LLP.

Outside of work, Adeniyi enjoys spending time with his wife and children, watching and playing sports, and traveling.

Vice President

Bismarck Macauley Jr.

Bismarck has spent the last 18 years developing and managing multi-million-dollar, large-scale system implementation projects. His expertise spans a broad range of information systems, including military security systems and Java based real-time web applications. As Vice President of A3 Consulting LLC, Bismarck is responsible for corporate operations of contracts, subcontracts, and business development.

Bismarck is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, and a Master of Science Degree in Telecommunications Management from Steven’s Institute of Technology.  He has professional experience in corporate management, technology management, software development, and business development. Prior to joining A3 Consulting LLC, Bismarck worked at Verizon and M.C. Dean, Inc.

Outside of work, Bismarck contributes to the community by giving financial literacy presentations to young adults.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, coaching youth basketball, traveling, and mentoring high school students.
